All attendees and organizers at our meeting are required to agree with the following code of conduct.

Professional Conduct
The SPP 1992 all-hands-on-deck meeting is dedicated to providing a harassment-free conference experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion (or lack thereof), or technology choices. We do not tolerate harassment of meeting participants in any form. Sexual language and imagery is not appropriate for any (virtual) meeting room. Meeting participants violating these rules may be expelled from the meeting.

Recording by photo, film, or other means
It is not allowed to make any kind of recordings of any contributions and participants of this meeting without the explicit consent of the authors or these very persons.
